Service Agreement
Customers agree to follow all Dumpster Rental guidelines provided at booking.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due before delivery of any Dumpster Rental container ordered.
Usage Rules
Only approved materials may be placed in rented dumpsters for safety compliance.
Site Access
You must provide clear access for delivery and removal of the Dumpster Rental unit.
Liability Limits
We are not responsible for damage from improper loading during your rental period.
Cancellation Policy
Notify us promptly if you need to cancel a scheduled Dumpster Rental delivery.
Weight Restrictions
Exceeding weight limits may result in additional fees for your Dumpster Rental.
Prohibited Items
Hazardous waste is banned and will incur extra charges if found in the container.
Dispute Resolution
Any issues with Dumpster Rental service are handled through direct communication first.
Modification Rights

Governing Law
